TS PGZS is intended for easy installation of the automobile gas filling stations (AGFS) on the territory of townships and enterprises. TS PGZS consists of the following complete prefabricated blocks: fuel storage unit (FSU), emergency tank, dispenser unit, process control unit ( communications hub), as well as blow-down and leakproofness testing equipment (depending on the customer’s requirements).

LPG bunkering from the tank truck is carried out either by gravity, by TS PGZS pump or by means of the truck pump. LPG delivery from the storage tanks is effected by means of the TS PGZS pump (Corken HCB-32) through one or two single-column fuel gas dispensers (FGD; brand and type of the FGD to be approved by the Customer), emergency discharge is carried out by means of the TS PGZS pump into the emergency tank or tank truck.

TS PGZS – a technological system with two underground storage tanks of 10 m3 capacity(one of them is emergency tank) for storage of liquefied petrol gases (LPG).

FGD connecting pipelines are supplied only on Customer’s request after the actual pipe-laying method (ground-mounted, underground, the actual length) is coordinated with the engineering design team.

Technical and operational documentation is approved by the Main Department of the State Fire-Fighting Service of the EMERCOM of Russia, TS PGZS manufacturing and application is licensed by the Federal Service of Ecological, Technical and Nuclear Supervision (Rostechnazdor).
